Regal Double Manuka Salmon Soft Tacos

Ingredients

Tacos:

2 x 3.5oz packs of Regal Double Manuka Hot Smoked Salmon
8 mini tortillas
smoked paprika
2 avocados, sliced, to serve

Jalapeño Cream:

1 cup sour cream
4 tbsp lemon juice
1 whole jalapeño, diced
3 tbps cilantro, chopped

To serve:

avocados
salt

Method

Preheat oven to 400° F. To make the cream, combine sour cream, lime juice, jalapeño, cilantro and salt in a bowl.

Place salmon in oven proof dish and cover with foil and place in oven for 10 minutes. Warm tortillas according to package directions. Place salmon in a warmed tortilla and top with jalapeño cream. Serve with avocados and dust Jalapeño cream with smoked paprika.
