20 croutes or cut a bagette into thin slicesCream Cheese Spread
9 oz spreadable cream cheese
1/2 cup freshly chopped herbs (dill, chives, parsley, basil)
2 Tbsp capers, roughly chopped
Zest and juice of one lemon
Salt and pepper
To serve, micro greens
To make the cream cheese spread, mix the cream cheese with the herbs, capers, lemon and seasoning. Toast croute until it is golden and crisp.
Spread this cream cheese mix over the croute, topping with approx 0.7 oz salmon followed by micro greens.
