Regal Manuka Salmon, Raspberry & Blue Cheese Canapés

2 x 3.5oz Regal Artisan Manuka Smoked Salmon

9oz raspberries, stalks removed

5oz creamy blue cheese, cut into thin slices

2-3 lime or lemon wedges, juice of


Cut each piece of Regal Manuka Smoked Salmon pieces in half lengthways.

Wrap each piece around one raspberry and a small piece of blue cheese, secure with toothpick.

Serve arranged on a platter with lime wedges and cocktails.
