Regal Double Manuka Salmon Bagels
Ingredients
- 200g Regal Double Manuka Salmon Hot Smoked
- 400g cream cheese
- 4 tbsp crème fraiche
- 2 tbsp lemon juice, fresh
- 4 tbsp fresh dill, plus extra to garnish
- salt
- cracked pepper
- lemon zest, to garnish
- mini bagels, toasted
Method
Combine ingredients in a bowl using a fork and season to taste. Serve on bagels or crackers, garnish with lemon zest and extra dill.
