Regal Cold Smoked Salmon Banh Mi
Ingredients
- 200g of Regal Cold Smoked Salmon
- 1 baguette, roughly 31 inches
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon of hot sauce
- 1/2 a red onion
- 2 baby cucumbers
- 1 carrot peeled
- 1 green jalapeño chili
- 1 spring onion
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- Sea salt
Method
Cut the baguette into four even pieces, half pieces horizontally. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and hot sauce. Smear a generous spoonful into each sandwich. Thinly slice red onion, cucumber and jalapeño. Julienne carrot and spring onion. Fill sandwiches with salad ingredients and Regal King Smoked Salmon. Finish with a squeeze of lime and sea salt.
