Beech Wood Smoked Salmon
After curing in a dry salt and sugar, the salmon fillets are smoked in beech wood at a low temperature in natural wood smoke.
The salmon is then cut into slices, which are ideal for delicate finger foods and canapés, where taste, texture and visual impact are important.
